GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICITON
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagercoil, Tamilnadu
SHIPPING POLICY
Purchases are shipped from our manufacturing unit in Marthandam, kanyakumari District reputed courier agencies.
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 5 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 12 business days . For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 14 business
ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However takes Kumari Honey Emporium has no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer care number 9443681965 (Only Whats App) within 2 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
Shipping charges:
For India Orders: We ship products throughout India.The shipping charges for all over TamilNadu is Rs.50 and Border states around Tamilnadu( Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh ,Telungana) is Rs.80.
Courier charges for all states in India except Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka,Andhra Pradesh and Telungana is Rs.150
For Tamilnadu we will send via ST Courier/Professional courier/Delhivery
Other states except TamilNadu we will send via Professional /Delhivery
* Cancellation not allowed, once order is placed; hence no refund will be issued.
